Former Construction Company CEO Shares Success Tips in Bookkeeping, Production, Supplementing
LAS VEGAS – GLD Management Services CEO Gina Delmedico presented at Storm Ventures Group (SVG) Win The Storm Conference (WTS) on the Women Of The Industry Panel. The conference was held Feb. 21-23 at South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The Women Of The Industry Panel was held on Feb. 24 from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. and speakers featured females from all sectors of the construction industry. The panel featured a live Q&A and was moderated by Shannon Laub. A Women’s Brunch followed at the Venetian.
With over 20 years of experience, Delmedico specializes in bookkeeping and operations for construction companies throughout the nation. In 2015, Delmedico launched GLD Management Services to provide remote bookkeeping services and assist construction companies with production, supplementing, and onsite training. In 2012, Delmedico helped launch Storm Ventures Group (SVG) as chief finance officer and operations manager, and also assisted in building the SVG estimating and supplementing program. In 2005, Delmedico served as a chief finance officer and operations manager at a large construction company and played a pivotal role in its development into a multimillion-dollar company with offices in 17 states.
Delmedico wore many hats including scouting office space, negotiating lease terms, hiring, managing and training staff on accounting, production, operations, customer service, sales, processing job files and supplementing, while managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, monthly reporting. Prior to that, Delmedico owned a construction company that specialized in residential roofing and storm damage restoration work in the Midwest.
